Cannot reposition window when in full screen mode

    Description

      When SourceTree is expanded to full screen, I cannot move the window by grabbing the top bar with the cursor. It is simply stuck in place and can only be reduced by using the "reduce, maximize or close" icons at the top right corner of the app.
