Unable to drag full screen window

    Description

      You cannot drag the SourceTree window if the window is maximized.  You have to click the window button in the top right, and then you can start dragging again.  Most nav bars in windows apps allow you to 'unstick' the maximized window using this method, but starting in 2.x, this is not possible with SourceTree.
