Integrated diff has blurry scroll animation when showing a file.

When selecting a file for integrated diff view, the view does a short 'scroll' animation that lasts about 1 second. During this second the text is unreadable due to it moving and the fact the text also blurs vertically. It is possible to capture this blur via PrintScreen (see attached image).

This 'animated' feature increases the amount of time before the user can start reading the page and it causes unnecessary eye strain due to the introduced blur.

Ideal Solutions: Remove animation completely.

Optional Solution: Clamp scrolling to pixels so no blur occurs.
