Sourcetree window drag behaviour is wrong when maximized

    Description

      1. Maximize SourceTree
      2. Attempt to drag the window using the title bar

      Expected result: window unmaximizes and lets you drag it

      Actual result: nothing happens

      Compare and contrast with, say, Notepad.
