Save repository tab order

Repository tabs appear in the order they were opened, and changes to the tab order does not persist between application launches.

• Open at least one repository
• Drag tabs to change the order
• Close the application
• Open the application - the tabs will appear in the order the repositories were opened

My apologies if this is a duplicate, but all of the other tab-related issues I found seemed different enough to warrant a new issue.
