    Description

      As SourceTree continously polls the repos I have open for incoming changes, it'd be nice to see that value on the icon in the taskbar, so I don't forget to check SourceTree when beginning to implement a feature.

      I'm fine with it showing only the value for the current tab, i.e. just mirror the values on the Pull/Push icons,
