Align Graph Tree colours with Branches

Add the same colour circles used in the Graph against the branches tree to make it easier to determine which branch changes were made on. This will make it easier to navigate up/down the commit list and determine which branches require merging.
See screen shot of the Branch Tree on the left with the Commit Graph on the right. Basically just re-using the same circles used on the graph against the branch tree control.
