Local Repos cannot be organized if in Folders in Sourcetree window

If repos are organized in folders in the Local Repository  pane they cannot be rearraigned into a specific order.  How every they were put in the folder is how they are going to be ordered.  This is pretty annoying especially if you want them in a specific order
