SourceTree: Commit screen is not refreshing as it was always do!

Hi, after the latest release i started to see this issue a lot!, once it happens no matter how many times I restart the SourceTree, it'll keep happening.

Description of the problem:

the commit screen has staged and un staged sections, and the code changes on the right side section, when you do any action, it's not reloading the UI, for example if you stage a file, it will not throw any exception but UI won't refresh and you will see the file still in the un-staged section, then when you restart the SourceTree you would see the file moved to staging section normally,

Current behavior: UI is not refreshing by any action on the Commit screen (staging, unstaging, discarding, etc..)

Expected behavior: UI should always refresh to reflect the changes on the tool UI, as it was always do.
