Sourcetree (Win Ver 3.3.6) does not update its display after performing an action

Since updating my Sourcetree to Version 3.3.6, I have been observing that Sourcetree's window does not reflect any immediate change after performing actions such as:

• Discarding a file from a possible commit
• Selecting a single file for a commit
• Pushing a commit

The actions do actually happen. It is just that Sourcetree is not showing those actions immediately.

One workaround is to select to see the contents of another branch or move to a different view (like from the commit window to the branch contents, for example) in order to see the updated status after you have performed the action. Another workaround is to close Sourcetree and then reopen it.

(Note: could not type in 3.3.6 for the version number in the "Affects Version/s" field as the dialog would not allow me to do so).
