SourceTree User Interface does not refresh automatically in a fresh Win 10 install

I just installed SourceTree (v.3.3.6) on a new Dell XPS laptop running Win 10.

I found that the SourceTree UI fails to refresh after many things like file change, staging file, unstaging file, or comiting

It was not solved by uninstall or re-install

It was not solved by turning off then on the option: tools/options/general/refresh automatically when files change

I could not easily find relevant report with Google

So I have had to manage with frequent use of F5

By the way. Thanks for SourceTree.  It's a wonderful tool!
