High CPU usage in HG module

At a conference we had no internet connection for about 14 hours.
I just rebooted and started SourceTree, and it has taken 100% for at least 15 minutes now keeping calling hg.exe instances.
I'm not sure why, I tried taking some screenshots, but since the upstream now is filled with conference attendees syncing stuff I'll try to upload later.

Right now ST is unusable, so I'll have ProcessExplorer sleep it, then try later, and in the mean time use TortoiseHG to upload my stuff.
