Pending "add" does not show if that file is in the .hgignore

Steps to reproduce:

1. make sure an extension like .ini is in the .hgignore
2. add a .ini files using the git commandline
3. SourceTree does not show that file in the list of files to commit

I think that file should show up, as you have manually added it.

TortoiseHG does understand this exception.
