Windows 10 Unlocked task bar is not accessible when on Sourcetree

      When I have Sourcetree maximised on my screen AND given that my Windows toolbar is unlocked (so you drag you mouse down to see it) 
      Then I expect to the see toolbar

       

      Actual: 
      Then the toolbar does not appeared when you move your mouse down. You have to close Sourcetree to be able to access the toolbar again.
