Top bar size is scaled incorrectly with scale factor 150%

      Top bar seems to be cropped if windows scale factor is not 100%. Attached screenshot is for 150%. Probably the hight of top bar is calculated incorrectly

            It seems that problem is EVERYWHERE! And I also see that sometimes it hurt UX drastically. What the flag says on the following screen?
