"Custom Action" dialog has a glitchy black border

    • Severity 3 - Minor

      The dialog to add or edit a custom action (Tools -> Custom Actions -> Add / Edit) is not rendered nicely. The right and bottom side have a thick black border.

      Also even when "Add" has been clicked, the dialog is always titled "Edit Custom Action".
