  I installed SourceTree version 2.6.10 and the version is shown in Windows Program and Features. Later, and in-app update trigger, and updated the application to version 3.0.8 as shown in the About box. But the version in Windows Program and Features is still shown as 2.6.10

  This will cause user think that their application is outdated. Also, an automated tool that checks an application version will determine that this application is also out of date.

  I would like to suggest that the in-app update perform the version update in the Windows Program and Features list as well

[SRCTREEWIN-10862] in-app update does not update the version in Windows Program and Feature list
