Confirmation Screens appear in centre of screen

      2 Monitor display (one positioned on top of the other)

      I have stacked monitors (one above the other). Some dialog boxes appear between the two monitors rather than in the centre of one. The dialog box for "Replace commit text?" dialog (when appending a commit) has this issue but not all dialogs.

      Expected Result

      Dialog boxes should be centre of the current monitor on a two vertically stacked monitors

      Actual Result

      Dialog boxes is positioned 'centre' of the overall display space. on the top of my bottom monitor and the bottom of my top monitor.

            Test passed on SourceTreeSetup-3.1.0-beta-2899. Cannot reproduce the issue with stacked monitors.

            Tested with "Replace commit text?" message and with several random messages.
