Display messages associated with git tags

As pointed out here: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/51973/how-to-view-git-tag-message

In the 'Advanced' section you can assign a message to the annotated tag, but this isn't in fact displayed anywhere in the SourceTree interface. If you can create it, you should be able to see it.
