when launching sourcetree, the safari web inspector window opens behind it. in the title bar of the web inspector it shows the title:
`Web Inspector - [computer name] - Sourcetree - JSContext`

but the window is empty, showing no data, and at default size.

safari must already be open for this to occur. launching sourcetree will not launch safari. but if it is already open, it reliably opens a safari web inspector window with every launch.
