File descriptor system error may not be OS issue anymore

    Description

      received the App System Error bug warning that the file descriptor issue was an OS bug

      Warning said that only fix was an OS reboot.

      Force Quit and restarted source tree. Issue is completely gone. Can not reproduce. 

      Did not require restarting Mac.
