stuck on atlassian customer agreement during update to 2.2

      after update I had to create/login to accounts (which is WAY too much work and confusion since the Bitbucket account did not seem to work so I had to create an Atlassian account) anyhow. I had to stop the process in the middle because of internet issues and not it is stuck on this with no resolution - see img.
