Pull request default destination branch is not set correctly

      It would be great if the destination branch defaulted to the branch from which the source branch was branched from. For example, if I crated branch bugfix/123-mybug off of release/1.0.0.0, when I create a pull request for the changes I made in bugfix/123-mybug I would like the destination branch to default to release/1.0.0.0.

      Currently, when I select "Create Pull Request..." from SourceTree, the source branch is properly set to bugfix/123-mybug but the destination branch is set to master instead of release/1.0.0.0.
