Crash when using ssh://${url}:${port}/${repo}.git url scheme

      When using a git repository and specifying a custom port via

      ssh://${url}:${port}/${repo}.git

      SourceTree fails to deliver an error message / warning message.

      Observed:

      • Gives no error message
      • Does not update when switching between remote / local view
      • Crashes after a few minutes

      Expected:

      • Give Warning on malformed url or failed connection attempt

      Hoped for:

      • Use custom port as specified
