    Description

      Comment thread is on the blog here: http://blog.sourcetreeapp.com/2013/12/11/sourcetree-for-mac-1-8-subtree-support-mavericks-improvements/

      Embedded Git.

      Just tested this myself with a folder appended with '.com' and an absolute path. This is the output:

      Successful subtree add output from SourceTree
      git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false -c credential.helper=sourcetree subtree add -P lihlhkjn /Users/Kieran/Documents/Development/test1234567.com master
      From /Users/Kieran/Documents/Development/test1234567.com
       * branch            master     -> FETCH_HEAD
      Added dir 'lihlhkjn'
      git fetch /Users/Kieran/Documents/Development/test1234567.com master
      Completed successfully

      Need a valid reproduction case to continue, will gather further information through this issue.
