Ticking 'amend commit' then attempting to edit message causes crash in GRI

    Description

      If 'amend' is ticked in the GRI sheet and you hit 'Edit message' it causes the application to freeze. Reported via AAC here: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/173127/interactive-rebase-hangs?page=1
