Add support for Kerberos and NTLM authentication

      Currently the SAML for Atlassian Data Center plugin does not offer support for Kerberos and NTLM authentication.

      In a multi-platform corporate environment it would be beneficial to have support for Kerberos and NTLM for authentication requests from Windows machines.
