Issue Summary

The "Remove" button does not actually remove the entry from the blocklist (e.g., Studio V2).

After clicking the button, the user receives the confirmation message: "App removed. You removed <App> (site_name) from your blocklist." However, the app remains on the blocklist. After the success message, the Rovo is still accessible on the application while the blocklist state is incorrect and out of sync with the displayed confirmation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to remove an app (e.g., Studio V2) from a sandbox on the Rovo Access -> Block List
2. The success message appears "App removed. You removed <App> (site_name) from your blocklist."
3. The entry is kept on the blocklist to be removed
4. "Ask Rovo" appears and is functional on the App

Expected Results

The App in the Blocklist should be removed after the it clicked

Actual Results

Success message, the Rovo is still accessible on the application while the blocklist state is incorrect and out of sync with the displayed confirmation.
