Problem
When a JSM project has hidden request types, Rovo agent allows to create tickets with these request types from the customer portal

Steps to Reproduce
- In a JSM project, remove all the request types from any portal group. This will make these request types hidden from the portal
- When you access that project from customer, portal, you will not be able to see those request types
- Ask Rovo agent to create a ticket in that project
Expected Results
Rovo agent will not show/suggest any request types for that project to create a ticket as they are all hidden
Actual Results
Rovo agent displays the hidden request types and allows to create tickets using them
Workaround
Restrict those request types so that customers do not have access to this request type
