Ability to add greeting message for the Rovo agent in JSM Portal widget experience

      Problem Statement

      Currently Rovo agent doesn't provide the option to add a greeting message like "Welcome to the Chat Support" in the customer portal.

      Proposed Solution

      It would be helpful to add a greeting message for the Rovo agent in JSM Portal widget like one on the Atlassian website.
