Option to re-notify the alert owner if the alert hasn't been closed

      User Problem

      The escalations allow you to continue to notify people if the alert hasn't been closed, but you might not want to notify everyone - just the user who has acknowledged the alert.

      Suggested Solutions

      An option either in a policy, escalation, or notification rule to re-notify the alert owner if the alert has been acknowledged, but hasn't been closed yet.

      Current Workarounds

      Use a restart policy or repeat escalation, but this can notify too many users.
