Issue Summary
In Jira Service Management Cloud, when we try to add a rule with condition "if a tag is added to alert in Opsgenie" and a tag is defined, the tag is not saved. This is for both Send alert updates back to Jira and also Create and update Jira issues with Opsgenie alerts that are created by other integrations
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a Jira Service Management Cloud (new) integration
- Click on Add update rule
- Select "a tag is added to an alert"
- Enter a tag and Save
Expected Results
The tags entered should be saved

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available

There was a bug while displaying the tag and custom action value. This problem has been fixed.
