Not able to list Users in the Reporter/Assignee field while using the New Jira Service Management Integration

      Issue Summary

      Not able to list Users in the Reporter/Assignee field while using the New Jira Service Management Integration. This happens when the Default language and Indexing language are not set to English.
      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Check the Default Language and Indexing Language to English.
      2. Add the Jira Service Management New integration and select the option: Create and update requests with Opsgenie alerts that are created by other integrations and click on Add Request Creation Rule
      3. Click on Edit Request Fields -> on the next screen top-right click on Mandatory Field and select All Fields.
      4. Click on the Reporter or Assignee field, and we can see the users list from Jira.
      5. Next change the Default Language and Indexing Language under the Jira System Settings.

      Now follow the same above steps again and we can notice that the Assignee and Reporter field will not show the list of users from Jira anymore.

      Expected Results

      Irrespective of the language set in Jira the Reporter/Assignee field should display the users while configuring the Request Creation Rule.

      Actual Results

      The list of users is not populated.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
