Searching for a specific project using Opsgenie's new Jira Service Management Cloud integration, auto suggest does not find the project.

      Issue Summary

This is only affecting one specific JSM project for the impacted customer.

The impacted customer has a team managed JSM project named "xxx-yyy-zzz" ** (Note for developer, this is just an example not the real name of the project, please refer to my internal notes for more specifics).   When trying to create a Jira Service Management Cloud integration (new), when they click into the "Project" text field and start typing "xxx", auto-suggest returns no results.

No, it is not reproducible in my own Opsgenie instance.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Log into the impacted customer's Opsgenie instance.
      2. Select a team.
      3. Go to "Integrations"
      4. Click add integration.
      5. Click the JSM integration, that has the "New" label (not "legacy").
      6. Search for the impacted project by project name.

      Expected Results

The impacted JSM project should be auto-suggested when the user starts typing the name.

      Actual Results

The impacted JSM project is not listed in the auto-suggestions.

      Workaround

      There is no known workaround.
