Issue Summary
Trying to connect/disconnect a user to/from Opsgenie for incident management in Slack is resulting in a 401. We seem to be getting somewhat mixed results in testing. Sometimes, it seems to work if the user is already logged in to Opsgenie in the browser, but not every time. The user not being logged in seems to result in a 401 every time.
Steps to Reproduce
- Install Opsgenie for Incident Management in Slack
- Select the command to connect your user
Expected Results
This should either prompt you to log in or connect your Slack user to your logged-in Opsgenie user.
Actual Results
A 401 is being returned.
Workaround
Logging into the Opsgenie account before connecting is working for some people, but not all.
