User Problem
Currently, Opsgenie aggregates phone notifications and makes phone calls at most 4-minute intervals.
Suggested Solution
It would be helpful in some cases if we had the ability to configure this interval or enable/disable the aggregation as in some cases the aggregation maybe useful to the users and in some cases they might want to define a specific time.
