User Problem
In menu's such as choosing a service in an Incident Template, or choosing an Inciden Template in an Incident Rule, items are displayed in what appers to be a random order.
It would be great to be able to reorder these (e.g. alphabetically) to make it easier to find the one you are looking for.
Suggested Solution
Add option to reorder items in dropdown or have them ordered alphabetically by default
