Description: Admins and owners currently receive all critical notifications, which can lead to confusion about handling or the necessity of certain alerts, such as email alerts. There is a need for more granular control over which notifications specific users receive.
Requested Feature: Implement a feature that allows admins and owners to customize their notification preferences. This would include the ability to selectively opt out of receiving certain types of alerts, while still ensuring critical notifications reach all necessary parties.
Normal behavior:It should only be going to owners and anyone else listed to receive invoices
