Adding or updating the team in a Jira/JSM cloud integration shows "Something went wrong"

      Issue Summary

      Trying to assign or update the owner team in a new Jira/JSM Cloud integration shows "Something went wrong" in the team drop-down.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Jira or JSM Cloud integration (not legacy)
      2. Attempt to update the owner team by clicking into Edit -> Assigned to team

      Expected Results

      Nothing is shown (or an unfiltered list) until characters are added.

      Actual Results

      "Something went wrong" is shown in red text until the user begins typing. 

      Workaround

      This does not appear to block the suggestions once the user begins typing. So simply beginning to type the desired team name should allow it to show as expected.
