User Problem:
In the new Analytics experience, have the ability to filter Alert Analytics reports by time. Currently, we can only filter reports by date.
We have added a timeZone filter along with startTime and endTime filters, which can be combined with the existing date selection.

We have added a timeZone filter along with startTime and endTime filters, which can be combined with the existing date selection. Using these filters, one can select the exact start time and end time. Also the timeZone can be adjusted if the user is not in UTC to select a time interval in their timeZone.
