Issue Summary
Not all incoming call integrations are shown on Settings > Integrations. This appears to be a problem with pagination while generating the list of integrations. Here is a screen recording from a test instance that shows a "missing" incoming call integration:
Steps to Reproduce
All Incoming call integrations do not show up in the integration list under Settings >> Integrations unless is it is searched for, or unless a filter for 'API' is used.
Expected Results
All integrations on the integrations list should show up without having to search or filter.
Actual Results
Some incoming call integrations are missing without searching or filtering.
Workaround
The workaround is to use the search or filter options on the integrations page, which do bring up the missing integration.
