On call segmentation widget from the On call Analytics report to show data in account timezone

      Problem:
      Currently, the On-call segmentation widget from the On-call Analytics report shows the on-call data in the UTC timezone by default.

      Suggestion:
      On-call segmentation widget from the On-call Analytics report to show data in the account timezone rather than in the UTC timezone by default.

            We've provided the option to select the timezone using the filter on the dashboard.
