      User Problem

      Some customers have alerts going to multiple teams. since team notification policies only apply to alerts that only go to that 1 team, it would be useful to allow a global notification policy.

      Current Workarounds

      The workaround for this is to configure all alerts to go to 1 team, which has the notification policy. So for example you can delay notifications unless the count reaches X, then once it reaches X it will begin the notification flow (meaning it will evaluate the team's routing rules to see where it should go)

      You could then configure the routing rules to route to an escalation policy, which has a step to route to the other team(s). So at that point, the other team(s) would be added to the alert as well.
