As a user, I would like the ability to set the order of alert policies when creating them through the API/Terraform

      User Problem

      When creating policies through the API, it's not possible to set the order - this can be problematic, especially when deploying policy resources en masse through Terraform - and requires manual updating of the order in the UI

      Current Workarounds

      Order can be 'fixed' in the UI after creating, alternately we have a method to update order with the API, documented here:
