option to reposition and/or remove Edit Document button

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      An "Edit Document" button appears to the right of the content in viewdoc and viewxls macros. That is a big nuiusance especially for viewxls with a wide table.
      Could you add an option to reposition the button above the content, or remove it altogether?
