Contents get underlined when View File Macro shows Word document with Table of Contents in use

Summary

All contents in Microsoft Word will be underlined when showed in Confluence page using viewfile macro. This happens due to the use of Table of Contents in the word document itself.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a word document and insert contents.
2. Use the Table of Contents accordingly in References tab. Then save it.
3. Attach the file into Confluence and use view file macro to view the content on the page.

Testing

• Tested in Confluence 4.3.2 and Confluence 3.5.16. Issue happens in 4.3.2
• Tested using both .doc and .docx

Workaround

Remove Table of Contents table and enter them manually.
