Slow Installation/Enablement times for Apps with custom content on sites with a large number of Spaces

      Issue Summary

      Installation of Atlassian Marketplaces are slow or fail when the Confluence Cloud instance has large amounts of custom content.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install App from Atlassian Marketplace

      Expected Results

      The app should install successfully and quickly.

      Actual Results

      At times, it is so slow that the installation or enablement of the app will fail with 1 of 2 errors:

      Possible Error 1:

      Unrecognized field "links" (class com.atlassian.upm.core.rest.resources.PluginResource$PluginUpdateRepresentation), not marked as ignorable (one known property: "enabled"]) at [Source: (org.apache.catalina.connector.CoyoteInputStream); line: 1, column: 26] (through reference chain: com.atlassian.upm.core.rest.resources.PluginResource$PluginUpdateRepresentation["links"])

      Possible Error 2:

      Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: canceling statement due to statement timeout
  Where: while inserting index tuple (39,1) in relation "bandana"

      Workaround

      Currently, the only known workaround is to wait an unknown amount of time and attempt to reinstall or reenable the app.
