Issue Summary
Noticed something funky on the Manage apps page in relations to top nav, where certain elements, like the "User-installed" drop down are showing through the top nav when scrolling through a page.
Steps to Reproduce
- On a production instance with Nav v3, as a Confluence admin, navigate to Manage apps in Confluence Settings.
- Under the User-installed apps section, click the chevron icon to expand each app's details
- Scroll down on the screen and observe the top nav section
Expected Results
Nothing should show through the top nav.

Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
