Issue Summary:

When a user submits a review for a marketplace cloud app, the review first goes through a compliance flow where we validate if user is actively using the app or not. Apart from that a few more validations are performed. However, some of the app reviews are not going through the compliance flow.

1. Submit a review for a cloud app

Expected Results

Review should be published only if submitted by an active user

Actual Results

Review is published even if submitted by a non-active user

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
