Issue Summary

Partners are not able to change the hero video to a banner image. It is getting saved successfully but not getting populated correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Manage app page
Select a version
Go to highlights and change hero type from video to banner image
Refresh and it will show as video again

Expected Results

It should updated to banner image

Actual Results

Still seeing the video

Workaround
